Steps
- Open Billing.
- Find the Benefits Credits section and review your balance.
- Choose a credit pack and complete the purchase.
Each service has its own price, listed in the service catalogue on the billing page. Credits are held before a service runs and only finalized once it completes, so a failed service does not silently consume your balance. Low-balance warnings are emailed once per threshold until the balance recovers.
Some catalogue services are marked "coming soon" and cannot be charged yet.
