How do I add another location?
Increase your subscribed location count first, then create the location.

Your location count is enforced against your subscription, so increase the number of locations on Billing first, then add the location under Locations.
Steps
- Open Billing and increase your subscribed location quantity.
- Open Locations and create the new location.
- Contact Sera Support to have a phone number provisioned for it.
Adding a location beyond what your subscription covers is blocked until the quantity is increased — that is why the location count matters before you create the record.
