How do I finish setting up my practice?
Work through the Setup Wizard, then check the Command Center for anything outstanding.
Quick answer
Complete each step of Setup Wizard. Your progress saves as you go, and Command Center shows exactly what is still missing before Sera can take calls.
Steps
- Open Setup Wizard.
- Complete each step in order: practice details, locations, providers, services, hours, policies and insurance carriers.
- Select Save & Continue on each step — your work is saved as you go.
- Open Command Center to review what is still outstanding.
- Resolve the remaining items, then mark setup complete to activate the practice.
If a step will not save
Every required field on the step must be filled in before it will save. If a save fails repeatedly, contact Sera Support and tell us which step you were on.
